Tiab offer half and full workshops at our offices in North Oxfordshire. Please contact us for dates and further information.
This workshop covers the key aspects of Tiab controllers (software and hardware) and interfacing them to a test rig. It can cover analogue and digital inputs/outputs, PID control, actuation (electric and hydraulic), servovalves, transducers, conditioning, pumps, manifold blocks, solenoids, wiring, connectors and laboratory safety - as required. Hands-on practical experience in these areas provides an excellent overview of all aspects of Tiab Controllers and their use in controlling test rigs.
This workshop goes through the full range of Tiab hardware and software functionality. Configuration, calibration, safety and control are all comprehensively covered on live test rigs. The Test Sequencer, MIMIC and module applications are also covered individually, where required.
This covers the full range of basic LabVIEW concepts, including data types, clusters and arrays, loops and sequences, Boolean and comparison operators, file input, file output and common front panel components including waveform and XY graphs. A strong emphasis on good software development technique ensures that attendees not only learn how to use LabVIEW, but learn how to use it effectively and efficiently to develop robust, reusable software.
Which covers using the DLL to use Tiab functionality from other software environments and using the Base-Level software in developing new LabView front-ends.
