Six axes of motion and control provide scanning and characterisation of complete joint surfaces to sub-micron accuracy. The cartilage viscoelastic properties can be accurately determined and even fatigue properties investigated.

Articulation in excess of +/-90 degrees allows complete surface investigation.

Specimens up to 70mm radius can be accommodated.
