Software Programmer Engineer - C, C++, Java, C#

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent

The position requires a sound basis in structured programming techniques. A working knowledge of version control is essential, and any DSP, FPGA or electronics experience is advantageous. A knowledge of windows applications, databases and web applications is also desirable.

The role involves writing, developing, maintaining and documenting the user front-end and the lower level C software. The user front-end is developed in LabView, although previous experience is not necessary, as full training can be provided. The variety of features and different applications allows a fantastic scope for personal creativity and a great sense of achievement. The applicant will need to be able to liase with customers in the initial product specification and also to provide ongoing support.
