1. From Junction 11 of the M40, take the A422 eastbound towards Brackley
2. At the first roundabout, take the second exit, signposted Middleton Cheney
3. At the crossroads by the Dolphin pub, turn right into Astrop Road
4. Continue over the bridge across the main road. The entrance to Upton Lodge Buildings is 100 yards past the bridge on the left. The reception is 400 yards down the lane on the right.
